As per the approval of the 20^th HRC meeting held on 12^th April 2024, the National Medical Services is pleased to announce a Short-Term Training on Pediatric and Adult Echocardiography for ln service Nurses from across the healthcare facilities in the country as follows:

1. Name of the training: Pediatric and Adult Echocardiography Training
2. Duration: 6 months
3. Institute: QSNICH and Police General Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand
4. Eligible staff: In-service nurses

5. Number of slots: (2 in Pediatric Echocardiography and 3 in Adult Echocardiography)
6. Source of Funding: CD Account

Therefore, eligible candidates fulfilling the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

1. At the time of application, nurses applying from health facilities outside JDWNRH should have served a minimum of three years in the current place of posting after initial appointment.
2. Nurses applying from JDWNRH should have completed their probation period at the time of application.
3. Should not have any administrative issues pending against the applicants.
4. Should not have a pending Audit Memo against the applicants.
5. Must not have availed training in any specialized nursing care (e.g., Dialysis, ICU, Perioperative Nursing, CCU, etc.)

After completion of the training, the following conditions shall apply:

1. Those selected candidates who are not employees of JDWNRH shall be transferred to JDWNRH immediately after completion of the training.
2. After the training, an employee shall not be granted permission to avail of Study Leave for a minimum of 1 year.
3. An employee shall not apply for resignation or EOL within six months after the completion of training.

The following documents are required to be submitted during the time of application:

1. NOC from the working agency stating that the agency has no objection and the applicant has no pending administrative issues
2. Verified copy of CV generated from ZEST
3. Performance moderation ratings of the last two years (FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-2023)
4. Valid security clearance
5. Valid audit clearance (if selected only)
6. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a RGoB Doctor (if selected only)
