The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD) will be organizing a 1-day Advocacy Event on Empowering Service Providers: Advocating for Inclusive Service Delivery in May 2024.
BCMD seeks professional services from individuals/firms to produce a 5 -10 minute video documenting the event.

The scope of the work is as follows:

  1. The consultant must conceptualize and edit the footage to create a cohesive narrative that communicates the event’s objectives and outcomes effectively.
  2. The consultant must capture the highlights and key moments of the event and compile interviews/testimonials from the participants. 
  3. Ensure that the video content reflects the diverse perspectives and experiences shared during the event.
  4. The entire video should be subtitled in English. 
  5. Timeline: The final video must be submitted to BCMD by mid-June 2024. 
Required Documents
  1. Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of individuals involved in the video production.
  2. Samples of previous work demonstrating proficiency in video production.
  3. Detailed budget breakdown for the production.
  4. References: Contact information for references who can attest to the consultants’ capabilities, professionalism, and quality of work.
The quotation including the required documents should be emailed to dekiwangmo@bcmd.bt on or before 30th April 2024.
