The Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) is pleased to announce the availability of 30 Undergraduate Scholarship slots under Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) funding to pursue engineering courses at Indian Universities and Institutes for the academic session 2024-2025. As such, all class XII graduates of 2023 from both within and outside the country meeting the eligibility criteria given in the link are encouraged to apply.

As usual, the applications will be invited online through ICCR’s A2A Scholarship portal https://www.indembthimphu.gov.in/pages/MzU1. Please go through the eligibility criteria and other details outlined in the link before proceeding with the application.

  1. The last date of application is 30 April 2024.
  2. Prior to submitting the application, the candidates need to process the following documents to be uploaded (scanned copies in admissible size) online.

◆ Medical Certificate - (from referral hospitals only)

◆ Medical Fitness Certificate - (from hospital)

◆ Birth Certificate - (from JDWNRH)

◆ English Language Proficiency Certificate (from BCSEA,Thimphu)

◆ Passport/Citizenship Identity Card

◆ School Leaving Certificate - (from school last attended)

◆ Migration Certificate - (from school last attended)

◆ Class X & XII - Mark Sheets & Certificates

◆ Passport size photograph (soft & 04 hard copies)
