The bidding document can be downloaded from the link below. Bidders wishing to download the document from the BPC website are required to register with TOMS Semtokha, BPC, Thimphu along with copies of valid trade licenses & CDB Registration/ Tax Clearance certificates. The bid security must be submitted in the forms of Bank Draft/Cash Warrant/Bank Guarantee drawn in favor of Senior Finance Officer, FAS, ESD, BPC, Thimphu valid till 10th July 2024.
