BPC could not facilitate the online payments for the period from 23rd April till 2nd May. The penalty charged for the bills with due dates falling within the above period shall be waived off

In reference to our notifications issued on 27th April 2021 and 3rd May 2021 regarding breakdown maintenance of SAP billing server, BPC could not facilitate the online payments for the period from 23rd April till 2nd May. The penalty charged for the bills with due dates falling within the above period shall be waived off. The penalty adjustment shall be carried out in the subsequent bills.

Inconvenience caused is regretted.
