Purpose of the position:
● The SPA Manager has a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the SPA Department, maintaining and motivating the entire SPA team and creating a culture of care and service excellence
among employees.
● The SPA Manager must be capable of developing and implementing SPA operational goals, policies, and procedures and for leading efficient and effective SPA operations including short and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
● Delivery of an outstanding guest experience with high standards of customer service
● Ensure the guest experience at the spa meets or exceeds the hotel's operating standards.
● Operate as the single point of contact for Dignitaries, VIPs, and VVIP guests and coordinate their SPA experience.
● Review guest feedback and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction and
● Handle any guest complaints or special requirements
● Ensure all areas of the SPA are kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
● Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees at all times.
● Manage SPA inventory and equipment
● Ensure the SPA teams adhere to all hotel and company operational and service standards.
● Provide guidance, encourage teamwork, and facilitate professional work processes.
● Develop departmental training plans and conduct hands-on training for new employees

● Monitor and review SPA employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidance.
● Implement and monitor strategies to maximize spa operational revenue.
● Monitor and analyse products and services of competitive Spas, to maintain a competitive advantage.
● Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Skills and Knowledge:
● Microsoft Office computer skills
● Communication skills - personable, friendly, and able to convey information effectively.
● Service Oriented - actively looking for ways to help people.

● Mentoring and teaching capability
● Leadership - willingness to lead, take charge, and offer advice and direction.
