2. Job Responsibilities:
   1. Prepare plans and designs, drawings, and detailed cost estimates of engineering works in consultation with the Head of Landscape Development and Consultancy Services of GBCL.
   2. Monitoring and Supervision of civil works and maintaining records for the same and reporting and advice to the Head and the Management.
   3. Maintain measurement records of all the civil works in the Work Measurement Book.
   4. Proper record keeping of the bills/invoices and related documents.
   5. Assists in the supervision of engineering works to ensure compliance with Codes and Standards.
   6. Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety at the Construction sites.
   7. Any other assignment delegated by the management.
3. Education Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering from Royal Univeristy of Bhutan recognized colleges.
