The criteria for shortlisting and final selection for the above-announced post shall be as follows:

1. Initial Shortlist: Based on academic merit ranking of 50% from Degree Marks, 25% from Class XII Marks, and 25% from Class X Marks for officer cadre and for the Support cadre, 100% from Class X Marks. The ratio of the shortlist shall be 1:20 (Top 20 applicants against one position vacancy) for written test if conducted due to the high volume of applications.
2. Shortlist for personal interview: The ratio of 1:10 (Top 10 applicants shall be shortlisted through a written test against one position vacancy for the personal interview).

Final Selection: The final selection shall be based on 50% of the personal interview, 25% of the total academic score, and 25% of the written test score.
