The Management of Bhutan Development Bank (BDB) would like to announce vacancies for the following posts:

Terms of Reference (TOR) as follows:

1. Credit Assistant’s TOR

Allowances and other benefits:
PBVI: 25% (Subject to fulfillment of Annual Performance Compact)
Other benefits as per the HR ISR

Interested candidates fulfilling the above-prescribed eligibility criteria may submit their job application (BDB format) along with the following mandatory documents to HRM Division on or before January 15, 2024 by 4:00 PM.

Mandatory Documents:

1. Duly filled BDB application form which can be downloaded from www.bdb.bt
2. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card;
3. A copy of Academic Transcripts of class X, Xll & Bachelor’s degree, whichever is applicable;
4. A copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate;
5. Valid Medical Certificate not exceeding 6 months from the date of issue;
6. NOC from the current employer, if already employed;
7. Only the prescribed qualification against the vacancy announced will be accepted.

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through phone call as well as announced in BDB website for the conduct of interview & written exam. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview. ln case of withdrawal, the next candidate in line will be considered on merit basis.
