𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: The ground and first floor consists of commercial space. Each of the above floors consists of two units 2BHK apartment and one unit 3BHK apartment. The rabsel projections on every floor helps increase the size of rooms. Traditional Bhutanese paint has been applied on rabsels (projections) which really projects out Bhutanese architecture. The massing of the building is modern with elaborate traditional components.
