Introduction
The Office Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the office premises, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the office premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
- Conduct regular patrols of the office premises to detect and prevent any security breaches.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and address any suspicious activities.
- Report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities and management.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors regarding security procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ex-Armed Force Personnel.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
