National Pension and Provident Fund, Thimphu is pleased to announce the following vacancy in the executive category:

 

    Position       Qualification    Work experience   Employment type
Chief, Risk Management
and Compliance Division.
Head Office, Thimphu
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Full time) in any field from a recognized university; and
• Preference will be given to candidates
with a master’s degree (full-time) or any other degree equivalent / higher than a master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university while shortlisting.
• Minimum of total 10 years of work
experience including a minimum of 7 years in a relevant field; and
• Should have a minimum of 3
years of work experience as a team
leader.
• Contract term of 3
years; and
• shall be renewable
for 2nd
term only based on Performance and MARS rating
