Job Description; 1) Responsibilities include creating recipes, ordering ingredients and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, pizza, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and burgers.
2) Candidate should be in a position to work independently to fulfill the above responsibilities.
3) Have the experience to bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads
4) Be able to prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences (e.g. birthday cakes)
5) Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan desserts)
