Training on Backhoe Operator, Excavator Operator and Hair & Beauty Therapy (slots - 44)

As a part of the Skills Development Program, the Ministry of Education and Skills Development is pleased to announce the availability of the following funded training programs (modular/DTP) at Technical Training Institute, Samthang, Wangdue:
1. Course: Backhoe Operator
Level: NC2
Slots: 12
Course Duration: 6 months
Commencement Date: 1 July 2023
Minimum Qualification: Class X PCA and age 21 +

Level: NC2
Slots: 12
Course Duration: 6 months
Commencement Date: 1 July 2023
Minimum Qualification: Class X PCA and age 21 +

3. Course: Hair & Beauty Therapy
Level: IC
Slots: 20
Course Duration: 3 months
Commencement Date: 1 July 2023
Minimum Qualification: Class X PCA

Only interested registered job seekers/youths, laid-offs can apply using the link given above. The last date of application is 25 June 2023.
 
In addition, after the completion of the course, all individuals are required to attend Basic Entrepreneurship Course which will be conducted for 2 weeks.
The selected participants shall be notified within 2 working days from the last date of application via phone/email along with the required documents and items to bring. The selection shall be based on FIRST-COME-FIRST basis and upon fulfilling the criteria specified above.
Accommodation and a stipend of Nu.3500 per month will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
