The training was attended by gender focal points (GFPs) and officials from the agriculture, waste and energy sectors. The main aim of the training was to equip members of these key climate sectors on basic gender knowledge and techniques to mainstream gender into their respective plans and programs. This training was conducted by NCWC’s Gender Expert Group (GEG) members. The GEG is a pool of experts who provide technical backstopping on gender related aspects to NCWC.
