1	General Manager	01	1. Minimum Qualification of Bachelor degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to MBA in Finance/accounts, Marketing & innovation. 2. Minimum of 12 years working experience and should have headed department & division preferably Marketing for minimum of 3 years in the position of Manager/ dy. General Manager & above in the Corporate and private sectors. 3. Knowledge, skills and abilities a. Good communications skills & sound analytical abilities. b. sound knowledge and experience in Tally, ICT & innovations. c. Good knowledge on statistics and sound management skills in the areas of Marketing, finance & accounts and Human resources. d. ability to lead the divisions/ departments and negotiations & resolution skills. 4. Other Requirements a. should possess clear service record and not be convicted by the Court of Law. b. should not be older than 38 years of age (not born before 1985) on the last working date of receiving of application.	Basic Pay: nu. 42,387.00 2. Contract allowance: nu. 25,432.00 3. Housing allowance: nu. 12,000.00 4. Communication allowance: nu. 2,500.00 5. Fuel allowance: nu. 8,000.00 6.vehicle Maintenance allowance: nu. 2,500.00 7.driver allowance: nu. 3,500.00 6. PBva : 6 months Basic Pay per annum on achievement of 85% of annual sales target. 7. PF: 10% of the Basic Pay 8. Bonus: 2-3 months Basic Pay subject to achievement of PMS Target- Team appraisal and employe appraisal. 9. Gratuity: Yearly 1 month of the Basic Pay 10. other Benefits: other entitlement: eligible as per the Phama service rule (P sr)
