Further Extension of Loan Deferment Period

T Bank would like to inform our valued customers that the Royal Monetary Authority has issued directives vide their letter no. RMA/DFRS/34/2022-2023/4550 dated 30th March 2023 for further extension of loan deferment period.

T Bank would like to inform our valued customers that the Royal Monetary Authority has issued directives vide their letter no. RMA/DFRS/34/2022-2023/4550 dated 30th March 2023 for further extension of loan deferment period for the Moderate and Low Risk sector. The conditions for applying for loan deferment is tabled below:

FEIF

FEIF accounts should continue to be paid.
  1.  

High risk sector

The repayments for all loan accounts falling under this sector is deferred till June 2024. Customers are not required to visit the bank.
  1.  

Moderate risk sector & Low risk sector

All loans falling under these sectors may be eligible for loan deferment till June 2024 subject to meeting the following criteria:
i. Only performing loan accounts as of 30th June 2022 shall be eligible for deferment.
ii. Application form for deferment request should be submitted to the nearest branch office. The application form is made available for download from www.tbank.bt.
iii. Supporting documents justifying the deferment request. (In case of companies, financial statements and in the case of salaried employees, impact of pandemic on their source of income).

 

Customers are requested to fill the loan deferment application form and submit to the Bank latest by 30th June 2023. For further details please visit the nearest branch office.
