Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria as per Section 13.7.4 of the BCSR 2018 may apply and the candidates are requested to submit the following documents to HRD, MoH latest by 22/05/2023:

Application;

  1. Curriculum Vitae as per the format approved by RCSC (Zest);
  2. Copies of Academic Transcripts;
  3. Copies of Training/work experience Certificates;
  4. Moderation Exercise Result/ Performance Evaluation ratings for FY 2020-2021 and 20212022;
  5. ACC integrity certificate
  6. No Objection Certificate from the current employer;
  7. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card; and
  8. Copy of Valid Security and Audit Clearance Certificates
