Qualification: Bachelor of Law 

 

Job Profile

 

 

  • Provide high-level business administrative support 
  • serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office o CEO. 
  • Organize CEO'S meetings, help make agendas, accurately record the minutes from the meetings, and draft office memos for the CEO. 
  • Assist the CEO in developing office policies and procedures related to organization and business growth. 
  • Good communication skills with good knowledge of business and accounting. 
  • Review Business Contracts and Agreements 
  • Ability to work under the pressure and meet deadlines
  • Represent the company and CEO on legal Matters appropriate at your level 

Salary and Benefits

 


Salary: Nu. 20,515-515-35,965/-

                          -      Negotiable based on skills and experience

·         10% Provident fund contribution from the company after probation period.

·         Both In-country and Ex-country trainings. 

·         Gratuity for regular employees completing 10 years of continuous services
