Junior Associate of FITI (JA-FITI), a Continuing Professional Development Program (CPDP), is one of the flagship programs of FITI. The program was launched on 1st June 2020 as a self-study program. The program as a whole was designed to ensure that industry practitioners continue to keep their knowledge and skills current with industry and regulatory developments. The course was reviewed in the year 2021 and it equips practitioners with the ability to evolve with the changing industry landscape and enhances the professionalism and value of the practitioners within the industry.

OBJECTIVE:-
The main purpose of the program is to provide required level of comprehensive knowledge in banking and financial services, banking technology, customer relations, basic accounting, and legal and regulatory aspects necessary for carrying out day to day banking operations.

• Financial Services related laws
• Commercial with reference to Financial Service Providers’ operations.

ELIGIBILITY:
The program is offered openly to all the interested employees of Financial Service Providers (FSPs). The program is also offered to interested candidate who aspires to undergo the program. Fresh candidates who are interested to enroll for JA-FITI program must have minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree to equivalent qualification.

Enrolment for the course begins from May 2023.
