Shortlisting Criteria:

Job Vacancies	Officers (Officer and Network Administrator)	IT Assistant and Engineer	Banking Assistant and Contact Center Agent	Record Keeper
Stage 1 (Initial Shortlisting)	Ten applicants fulfilling the criteria for each vacancy will be shortlisted for the Written Exam based on merit ranking in terms of academic results, that is, XII – 40% and Degree – 60%.	Refer Stage 3	Refer Stage 3	Refer Stage 3
Stage 2 (Written Exam)	The Written Exam will be of objective. The written exam contents would be as follows: General Knowledge, 30 marks;Subject specific Questions, 70 marks.	Not Applicable	Not Applicable	Not Applicable
Stage 3 (Personal Interview)	Three candidates for each vacancy will be shortlisted through the written exam for the Personal Interview.	Three candidates for each vacancy will be shortlisted for Personal Interview based on the following: XII – 30% and Diploma – 70%.	Three candidates for each vacancy will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (100% weight on class XII)	Three candidates for each vacancy will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (100% weight on class X)
Final Selection	The final selection will be based on the following weights: – WE: 50% and PI: 50%	The final selection for the positions will be based on the merit ranking of the personal interview scores.
