• Excellent written & verbal communication skills,
• With Hotel/Tourism background with experience having worked with Travel Agents/hotels in Reservation
• Customer service experience,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Someone who has great interpersonal skills, willingness & ability to work under pressure & able to make decisions
