On January 28, 2023, Dagana Dzongkhag opened two stalls (numbers 136 and 137) at Kaja Throm in Thimphu to help with the marketing issues facing local handicrafts, livestock, and agriculture. The Honorable Dasho Dzongdag, Dagana, Director, DAMC, Chief, APD, DoA, opened the sales outlet. Two members of parliament attended the inaugural ceremony. The kiosks are run by two young couples and their only goal is to give Thimphu residents the choice of buying real Dagana products. They are not allowed to sell imported goods.
