• Eligibility

Applicants must fulfill criteria as prescribed in BCSR 2018 and be in Administrative Service and Finance Service Superstructure.

• 1. Complete LTT nomination application form (Click here to download the form)
  2. A copy of Degree and Class XII transcripts and certificate Documents required:

• Updated ZEST generated CV copy (details should also include accurate transfer history)

1. Active email address and mobile number
2. English Language Proficiency Certificate (issued by BCSEA)
3. LTT Review checklist (Click here to download the form)

• Important Deadlines to meet:

The application documents must be submitted to:

1. the RCSC on or before , 13-Jan-2023 routing through the respectives agencies.

• Upon announcement of the result,
  1. Applicants (through respective agencies) are requested to submit the following documents to RCSC within five working days failing which will lead to awarding of scholarship to next candidate:
  2. i) Security Clearance Certificate reference no. and date ii) Copy of Audit Clearance Certificate iii) Copy of Medical Fitness Certificate
  3. Applicants need to submit admission application online (check rim.edu.bt)
• Respective agencies shall upload the study proposal on ZEST only upon receiving confirmation of Admission from the RIM/University.
• Kindly note that final award of scholarship is subject to securing admission.
