Royal Thimphu College (RTC) is pleased to offer Youth Leadership training from January 18 – 20, 2023 at the RTC Nursing Campus in Jampeling, Gelephu.

"As we become better human beings, we build better families, stronger communities, successful nations, and a peaceful stable world for ourselves and our future generations. It starts with the leadership of the self." (HM. The King of Bhutan 5th October 2010, Kolkata). So, it’s about an inward journey, and the sooner we get started the better.

The workshop targets secondary students (class IX to XII) to get them started on a journey for continuous personal development- to help them grow into independent individuals who can engage with the world around them in a harmonious and responsible manner through: building competence for resilience and relationship, nurturing values and character, and sorting out their life’s purpose.
