Invitation for the participation in the Dzong Dabri Painting and Mud Plastering

As per the DLTC minutes of Meeting No/ LDA/Proco/(ADM-04) 2022-2023/129 dated 6^thDecember 2022, the committee decided to do the limited Enquiry Method for the Dzong Debri Painting and Mud Plastering work (Bji). Therefore, the Dzongkhag Administration, Lhuentse, is pleased to invite skilled painters holding valid contract licenses. You are asked to submit the following documents for selection.

1.Valid Contract License

2. Valid Tax clearance certificate

3. Past Experience with valid recommendation letters from previous employers.

Evaluation criteria:

1.Quoted Rate- 70 percent (Quoted rate will be converted into 70%)

2.Recommendation/ experience letter 5 points each (convert into 30 percent).

3.Awarding shall be done as per the evaluation report.

4.The committee reserves the right to accept or reject unreasonably and irregularly quoted rate and recommendation letters submitted by the bidders. Only those reasonably quoted rate and valid recommendations of the bidders shall be considered for evaluation.

Therefore, you are asked to report with the valid document to the Dzongkhag Administration on 19^thDecember 2022 at 9:30 am.
