The Good Governance Committee proposed the Pay Structure Reform Bill of Bhutan 2022 for adoption. While deliberating the Bill yesterday, the House reverted disputed sections to discuss during the committee’s internal meeting by involving relevant Members.
The committee incorporated the comments raised by the Members on the allowance-related clauses and presented the Bill for adoption.
The Bill was adopted with 19 ‘Yes’ and 2 ‘Abstain’ of 21 Members present and voting.
