In pursuit of a certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and raising awareness of related legislations for the Construction Industry in the Country, the Construction Development Board (CDB) will be conducting OHS Training as scheduled below:

The applicants are requested to note the followings:

  1. Registration must be done online and its link is https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15G-MixT4sqmG9GspOydwInTimNfsxzOySXcSyAFOydc/edit#settings.
  2. The timeline for its registration are –Thimphu: 29th September to 12th October 2022, Chukha and SamdrupJongkhar: 29th September to 31st October 2022, and Punakha and Gelephu: 29th September to 28th November 2022.
  3. Eligibility of the applicants:
  • He/ She should have a minimum of Class 10 or be able to read and write in both Dzongkha and English languages with a minimum experience of 5 years in the construction industry;
  •  He / She should have attained a minimum age of 18 years; and
  • He / She should be deemed medically fit.
  1. For registration, the applicants must submit documents such as – a copy of Citizenship Identity Card (CID), academic transcript/evidence of experience (letter from Employer). You can email the scan documents to nlhamu@cdb.gov.bt.
  2. There will be online assessment for every module of the training and to enable it applicants are required to have their own data package worth Nu.199.00.

We highly recommend to the CDB registered Contractors who could not attend OHS training earlier to attend it. For further clarifications, please call 02-326035 (110) during office hours.
