Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Evaluation of “Providing educational support to increase opportunities and improve well being of children and young people who have experienced violence, abuse or neglect” 2020-2022, Bhutan. 

RENEW (Respect, Educate, Nurture & Empower Women) and the Australian Himalayan Foundation (AHF) calls for expression of interest (EOI) to conduct an Evaluation of the project: ‘Providing educational support to increase opportunities and improve well being of children and young people who have experienced violence, abuse or neglect. The current three-year project phase, implemented in 20 Dzongkhags in Bhutan, is ending in December of 2022. In addition, the Consultant will provide recommendations and develop a Program Logic for the next phase of the project. RENEW and AHF are seeking an experienced and qualified consultant or consultancy firm for the assignment. Details of the assignment are included in the attached ToR. 

Interested consultants or consultancy firms must have previous experience of carrying out project evaluations and/or social research and developing project design; and must meet qualifications, experience and skills mentioned in the ToR found here:

Deadline for application is 21st th September 2022 by 5pm BST. Proposals of maximum 5 pages plus CVs attached (max. 2 pages each) should be in English and include: 

• An up-to-date CV 
• Short overview of how the candidate meets the qualifications, experience and skills requirements (no more than one page) 
• Description of proposed approach 
• Expected consultancy fee 
• An example piece of work from a similar assignment 

And for firm or company: 

• Detailed organizational profile 
• Updated registration
