The Bhutan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) in collaboration with the Dzongkhag Administration Bumthang is organizing the “2 nd Made in Bhutan Exhibition” (MBE) with the theme ‘A Milieu for promoting Bhutanese indigenous products’under the support of Transitional Trade Support Facility Program (TSF), Royal Government of Bhutan tentatively scheduled from 8 – 11 November 2022 in Central region Bumthang coinciding with the Jampa Lhakhang drup.

Encouraged by the success of 1st Made in Bhutan Exhibition held in Thimphu in 2020, this event will not only create a platform for showcasing of indigenous products with visible for potential to export to India & outside but also aimed at bringing together the budding entrepreneurs from nearby rural areas to a common platform to further enhance entrepreneurial skills and promote business. More importantly the rural entrepreneurs will benefit in its small way in generating income and to help revive the businesses after the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the sideline of the event, the participants shall take opportunities for launching of new products, create brand awareness, finding local dealership & match making and market expansion for local entrepreneurs.

Target Participants

The targeted participants will be the CSIs who are into indigenous business and budding entrepreneurs CSIs producing sustainable products will also be included to provide opportunities to find market for their products. Around 30 – 40 CSIs are expected to participate in the exhibition.

The duly filled registration form along with the relevant documents shall submit to BCCI, Head Quarter or nearest BCCI Regional Offices before or on 29th September 2022 for verification.

Documents required 

1. A letter of Expression of Interest.
2. Submit a copy of business License.
3. Attached product catalogue (if any).
4. A copy of CID.
5. A copy of BCCI Membership fee receipt (recent).
6. BCCI Membership Card number (if any).
7. Fill in Registration form (As attached)
