RTC is looking for suitably qualified, experienced, and highly motivated individuals for the following staff positions

Position	Slot	Minimum Qualification/Experience	Start Salary/Level
Dy.Head-Admin & Finance Dept.	1	Masters with min 5-7 years relevant experience or Graduate with 10-15 years experience (with at least 3-5 years in supervisory level) in Admin/HR/Estate/Finance, etc. affairs	Negotiable and commensurate with experience
Finance Manager	1	B.Com/BBA with min. 8-10 yrs. exp. in Finance/Accounts preferably with some supervisory experience Or Masters with min 4-6 years of relevant experience	Nu. 42,500 + 15% Provident Fund (negotiable and commensurate with experience)
Asst. Finance Officer	1	B.Com/BBA (Finance or Accounts specialization) with 70%. Relevant experience will be preferred	Nu. 27,048 + 15% Provident Fund (commensurate with experience)
