In this position - located in Thimphu, Bhutan - you will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems
• Define project requirements through customer communication and communicate the requirements to other departments as necessary
• Provide networking and system/application design
• Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration and perform factory functional testing for SCADA, HMI and other related functionalities
• Customize system, hardware and network configuration based on customer requirements
• Prepare project documentation and assist in creating training materials as needed
• Document and track progress of project activities and report any technical issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Computer science engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SCADA systems, display building, data base creation, testing and commissioning
• Understanding of utility use-cases (Electricity / Gas / Water / Renewables)
• Understanding of lifecycle of software project delivery
• Knowledge of configuration of SCADA software packages, SQL database, ODBC and report generation.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking, TCP/IP and routing principles.
• 1 - 8 yrs experience band (Role fitment will be done basis no. of yrs and quality of Relevant experience)
• Good to have :-

o   Knowledge of computer programming

o   Proficiency in MS office Excel

o   Knowledge of computer architectures, networking, databases and operating systems.

• Flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality of project delivery
