How to get your job seeker ID?

Job seeker ID is a unique identifier number provided by MoLHR for job seekers in Bhutan on their Job Portal. Job seeker ID is important for those who are actively looking for employment opportunities and also who have submitted their application to the recruiting companies. Moreover, most employers ask for a job seeker ID while applying for the job and most government jobs require a job seeker ID for  job applications. 

Process

• You can apply for a job seeker ID online by visiting the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources website: https://www.molhr.gov.bt/molhr/ .

• To get job seeker ID, first you need to complete and submit job seeker registration form https://www.molhr.gov.bt/JobPortal/

1. Provide email and password in Login Detail
2. Enter your CID, Gender, Name, and Date of Birth under Personal Details
3. Enter your present address, mobile number, phone number, and Guardian’s phone number under Contact Details
4. Under the Experience Detail, mention your total month and year of experiences and also the number of training you attended. 
5. Select Academic qualification and year of completion under Academic Details(After selecting your Academic qualification, you need to select your field of study of class 10, 12, Degree, and masters. You also need to enter your Index number and upload marksheets of each qualification.) 
6. Choose preferred sector, Job preference, job category, preferred Dzongkhag, and location from Job Preference
7. Under Other Details, you can select your place of registration, expected salary, current status, your employment status one year before, number of times you have attended a job interview and also whether you want MOLHR to assist in finding a job or not. 
8. Then you need to attach your resume
9. After ticking on terms and conditions and entering verification code, you can click register for registration. 

NOTE: If you do not have all above mentioned information and documents, you can fill in only those marked with mandatory sign (*)

After filling up and submitting this registration form, you will be registered and receive a notification on the screen saying that You have successfully created your profile and an Activation link has been sent to your mail. Please check your email and click on the link to activate your account.

In case you do not receive an email with a link for activation, contact the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources on their Messenger. They will help you activate your Job seeker ID. . 

Lastly, after activation, you can check your job seeker ID number by entering your CID and date of birth here https://www.molhr.gov.bt/JobPortal/
