Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) 2022 Master’s Courses under TICA & Thai Universities/Academic Institutions

The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the availability of Master’s degree scholarship for 2022 funded by TICA & Thai Universities/Academic Institutions under TIPP Scholarship.

2. Eligibility criteria:
   • Civil servants applying for this scholarship must fulfill all relevant criteria prescribed in BCSR 2018 in addition to the scholarship criteria prescribed in the Scholarship Guidelines;
   • Applicants outside civil service (Corporate, and Private Sector, NGO, etc) must fulfill all relevant criteria prescribed by the Department of Human Resources, MoLHR in addition to scholarship criteria prescribed in the Scholarship Guidelines.
3. Application Procedure:
   • The applications (both hard and soft copies) should be submitted to HRDD, RCSC through the respective parent agencies to ensure relevance and eligibility along with the Application Form;
   • For non- civil servants, applications should be submitted to HRDD, RCSC through MoLHR (Ministry will ensure relevance and eligibility);
   • The deadlines for submission of Applications to HRDD, RCSC are as follows:
     • Courses 1-7 :              28th February, 2022
     • Courses 8-12 :              21st March, 2022
     • Courses 13-23 :               25th April, 2022

Deadline is based on the application date requirements of the TICA & Thai Universities/Academic Institutions.

4. For scholarship benefits and other information related to the scholarship, refer to Scholarship Guidelines. Kindly note that TIPP scholarship is provided by TICA & Thai Universities/Academic Institutions and all scholarship entitlements are confined to those offered by them. Therefore, no additional financial benefits from the RCSC/RGoB shall be admissible to candidates under these scholarships.
