Documents required:

1. Duly filled Civil Service Employment Application form;
2. Copy of Bachelor Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript;
3. Copy of Class VIII passed Certificate and Academic Transcript for the post of Driver and Class XII Certificate and Academic Transcript for other positions;
4. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card;
5. Copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate;
6. Copy of valid Medical Fitness Certificate;
7. Copy of valid BMHC registration certificate for medical professionals;
8. Copy of Valid Driving License for the post of Driver;
9. No Objection Certificate from employer, if employed; and
10. Copies of merit certificates, if any.

The Ministry will announce the list of shortlisted candidates on website for selection interview.
