  1. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Tender Bidding procedures specified in the RGoB Simplified Procurement Manual and open to all national Bidders.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Dzongkhag Administration, Dagana at Phone No. 17637369 (Ugyen Tenzin)/17701908 (Susmita Monger) from 9.00AM to 5.00PM.
  3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be downloaded from the website dagána.gov.bt  or www.cdb.gov.bt by interested Bidders from 05/01/2021.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the Gewog Administration, Gozhi by 11:00 AM on 14th January, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' (Representatives in the Gewog Office, Gozhi at 12:00 PM on 14/01/2022.
  5. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned in table above in the form of Bank Guarantee/Cash Warrant/Demand Draft/Bid Securing Declaration.
