Royal Society for Protection and Care of Animals (RSPCA) is an established CSO under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen Mother of Bhutan, Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck. Our aim is to ensure the welfare of all animals in Bhutan. We do this through education about the plight of animals in our country and by working with all relevant stakeholders whose roles help insure successful outcomes on behalf of the animals.
