Jangsa Animal Saving Trust was established by Lama Kunzang Dorjee in 2000 after a personal experience of ‘auspicious coincidence’ when five bulls appeared to seek refuge from the slaughterhouse at his main seat monastery of Jangsa Dechen Choling.
