In accordance with the Notification of the RCSC dated 25th October 2021 on Amendment of Section 13.7.4(b), BCSR 2018 and the 326th HRC Meeting decision dated 21 September 2021, the Ministry of Education would like to re-announce the vacancy for Principal with promotion as given below.

Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria as per Section 13.7.4 of BCSR 2018 may apply. The following additional criteria will be applied:
- Possess a Master’s Degree and reflected as ‘completed’ in the ZESt (incomplete status will be disqualified);
- Candidates with secondary qualification (B.Ed. Secondary/PGCE/PGDE) are eligible to apply;
- Must be currently serving as Principal II, Vice Principal I or Dy. Chief DEO/TEO at P2 and completed 2 years in the current position on the application deadline;
- Must have served 2 years in the current position and place of posting on the application deadline if he/she was selected through the open competition;
- ‘Good’ and above in the moderation results for 2019 and 2020 and updated in the ZESt;
- Clean service record.
Documents required to be uploaded with the application form within the deadline
- Academic Transcript and Certificates for Master’s Degree and B.Ed.(S)/PGCE/PGDE;
- Recommendation from the immediate Supervisor.
Important Notes:
- Application must be submitted via Google Form to HRD, MoE on or before 20 November 2021 by
11.59 PM after which it will be disabled and not accept any application.
- Eligible applicants who have submitted the application documents as per the earlier announcement need not apply again. The HRD, DoS will include their names in the new list of applicants.
- Applicants already at P1 and Executive Specialist (ES) level are not eligible to apply as per the amended Notification of the RCSC.
- Short-listing of applicants will be based on the eligibility criteria (to be administered by MoE) and Psychometric Test administered by the RCSC. The date for Psychometric Test will be intimated through email by the RCSC/MoE. Selection interview will be scheduled after the declaration of the result of the Psychometric Test.
