Shortlisting Criteria
Class XII: 30% Bachelor: 70%

What will you be working on? 1. Promoting gainful employment and contributing to economic growth through effective labour market interventions.
2. Enhancing labour productivity by promoting a skilled, healthy, and motivated workforce.
3. Enforcing labour laws, regulations, and employment standards, including wages, working hours, leave entitlements, and conditions of service.
4. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health requirements to promote safe and healthy workplaces.
5. Conducting workplace inspections, investigations, and compliance monitoring in accordance with labour legislation.
? Receive, register, and assess labour-related complaints and grievances.
? Conduct preliminary investigations into labour disputes and alleged labour law violations.
? Facilitate mediation and conciliation between employers and employees.
? Prepare case reports, recommendations, and settlement agreements.
? Refer unresolved disputes to appropriate authorities as per legal procedures
detials attached in the ToR.

What we are looking for? General graduates with good attitude to work as Labour Officers under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment on Consolidated Contract for 3 years.
