An adult female dog in Jigmeling village, Dekiling gewog, Sarpang dzongkhag reportedly tested positive to rapid Ag test for rabies on 8 July 2021.

An adult female dog in Jigmeling village, Dekiling gewog, Sarpang dzongkhag reportedly tested positive to rapid Ag test for rabies on 8 July 2021. All the animals (3 cattle and 3 dogs) suspected to have exposed have been kept under observation. In line with the National Rabies Prevention and Control Plan 2017, all the necessary prevention and control measures have been implemented by the TVH&SL, Gelegphu and DLS, Sarpang.
