Position Title: Director

Position Level: EX3 A

Minimum Qualification required: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (relevant)

Key responsibilities are to:

1. Responsible for developing procurement policies and procedures that promote transparency, accountability, and financial stability.
2. Accountable to ensure procurement and property management practices align with principles of fairness, and transparency, and contribute to robust Public Financial Management.

3. Accountable for the entire lifecycle of national procurement and property management, including strategy development, planning, implementation, and assessment of outcomes to optimize public expenditure.
4. Accountable for the implementation of the Electronic Government Procurement System by government agencies.
