1. P1 Management Civil servants with relevant experience and qualifications.

Service conditions:

1. A specialist selected as the executive will serve for the duration of 5 years extendable by another term of 3 years based on performance. They will revert back to their technical agency/field on completion of the term.
2. The selected candidate must serve 2 years in the position to become eligible to apply for another vacancy.
