Director, Finance and Business Development.

Minimum Criteria	Service Term	Financial benefits
i. Minimum Master’s Degree in Finance or relevant fields from a legitimate university. ii. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least three years preferably in a leadership role in Finance/Business. iii. Demonstrated a results-oriented approach in past roles.	On contract for three years initially with a possibility of extension for another term based on performance	Salary and benefits shall be fixed within the existing Kuensel pay scales & in line with the Kuensel service rules.
