What will you be working on? To provide confidential, efficient and professional secretarial, executive and administrative support to the Hon’ble Minister, ensuring the effective management of the Minister’s schedule, official correspondence, meetings, information flow and follow-up on decisions and instructions.

What we are looking for? Manage the Hon’ble Minister’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, engagements and travel arrangements; coordinate changes and provide timely reminders.
Receive, screen, register, route and track incoming correspondence, submissions and requests; prepare and maintain an orderly system for outgoing correspondence and official records.
Draft, format and proofread letters, memoranda, notes, speeches, messages, meeting agendas, minutes and other documents as directed by the Hon’ble Minister.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, briefings, official visits and engagements; liaise with relevant Ministry officials, agencies and other stakeholders on logistics and documentation.
