Terms of Reference

Position: Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of structural design and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead civil design, cost estimation, tendering, and structural planning.
2. Supervise earthworks, concrete works, and structural steel erection.
3. Monitor construction progress against schedule and technical standards.
4. Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues on-site.
5. Ensure compliance with Thromde regulations and engineering codes.
6. Manage subcontractors and civil works teams.
7. Attend budget and planning meetings as required.
