The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is pleased to re-announce the vacancy for the following positions on a time-bound project-based contract for the Department of Human Settlement, MoIT, Thimphu:

Position Title/Level Min. Qualification and experiences required Slots Pay Scale Duration
Jr. Engineer (Civil)/S2 A Diploma in Civil Engineering 1 Gross Pay : Nu. 35,930/- 12 months subject to extension based on performance

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may apply to the HR Division on or before 21stMay 2026 via the given link with the following documents:

  1. Application with detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  2. Copies of Academic Transcripts and Certificates;
  3. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card;
  4. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (6 months validity as per RCSC norms);
  5. Valid Security Clearance;
  6. No Objection Letter, if employed; and
  7. Relevant Training Certificates;
