Department of Tourism, Bhutan is pleased to announce that registration for Bhutan International Travel Mart (BITM) 2026 will be open from 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲).

We are pleased to announce that registration for Bhutan International Travel Mart (BITM) 2026 will be open from 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲).

We warmly invite all DoT certified travel agents and hoteliers to participate as National Exhibitors at BITM 2026, scheduled from 11th–13th June 2026 at Zhichenkhar, Thimphu.

BITM 2026 will serve as Bhutan’s premier travel trade platform, bringing together international buyers, tourism professionals, destinations, and key industry stakeholders, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services, build partnerships, and strengthen business networks.

𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:

1. Showcase your brand, products, and services to international buyers

2. Dedicated exhibition booth space

3. Exhibitor passes for two participants

4. Inclusion in exhibitor directory (print & digital)

5. Participation in networking events and receptions

6. Two days of B2B meetings with international buyers (11–12 June 2026)

7. Interaction with Local Specialized Service Providers on 13 June 2026

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

1. Open to DoT-certified travel agents and hotels only

2. Participation and booth allocation will be confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment

3. Payment should be made in person to ABTO via digital platforms (mBoB, mPay, ePay, etc.)

4. Total slots: 100 national exhibitors

a. 60 tour operators

b. 37 hoteliers

c. 2 airlines

d. Heli Bhutan

Registration will close once all slots are filled.

Please complete your registration and payment on or before 19th May 2026 to confirm participation.
