The Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS), Phuentsholing, invites applications for the post of Accounts Assistant II. The vacancy is exclusively open to DeSuups who have graduated with a Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management.
 
Interested candidates are requested to submit their application along with the required documents on or before 15th November 2025 to sigay.dem@rigss.bt. For inquiries, contact 17648214.
 
For detailed information on the roles, responsibilities, and requirements, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email regarding the date of the selection interview.
 
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Must be a Bhutanese Citizen
• Should have Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management
 
POSITION LEVEL AND SALARY
• Selected candidate will be placed in position level and pay scale equivalent to S2 in the civil service. Also, there will be an institutional allowance of 40% on the basic pay at the entry level.
 
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
• Job application
• Diploma certificate and transcripts
• Class X and XII pass certificate and transcripts
• CID copy
• Security clearance certificate
• CV
• Special achievement certificates (applicants with special achievements may submit proof of up to five achievements they consider worthy of recognition.)
• NOC from employer, if currently employed
• Audit Clearance if employed
