Strong documentation, evidence collection, and reporting skills.

Support Labour Officers in workplace inspections, accident investigations, and compliance monitoring.
Assist in identifying, documenting, and reporting LEA, regulations on working condictions, and regulation on OHS non-compliance.
Facilitate awareness, corrective actions, and improvements in workplaces.
Support enforcement actions by serving official notices as directed by Labour Officers and the Department.
What we are looking for?
Collect and record evidence on working conditions, OHS provisions, and employment practices.
Maintain inspection checklists, field notes, and investigation records.
Provide preliminary guidance to employers and workers on compliance requirements.
Monitor implementation of corrective actions during follow-up inspections.
Support preparation of inspection and accident investigation reports.
Serve official notices (improvement notices, prohibition notices, and penalty notices) as per the Labour and Employment Act and directives from the Labour Officers and DoL.
